This Shipping Policy explains how Poke Spot processes, ships, and delivers orders placed at pokespotme.com. By placing an order with Poke Spot, you agree to the terms set out below.

Our goal is simple: get your Pokémon products to you as quickly and reliably as possible, with clear updates along the way.

2. Where We Ship

Poke Spot ships across Egypt, subject to courier coverage, payment confirmation, stock availability, and the accuracy of the delivery address you provide.

If your governorate or area is outside our courier partners’ coverage, we will contact you with the next steps before charging or processing the order.

International shipping: We currently focus on serving customers within Egypt.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery windows depend on your location, the time your order is placed, stock availability, and courier schedules.

Cairo and Giza

Eligible in-stock orders placed in Cairo and Giza may arrive the same day or the next day. Same-day delivery depends on order cutoff times, courier availability, and stock readiness.

Other Governorates

Delivery times for other governorates vary based on destination and courier schedule. The latest available estimate for your area will be shown at checkout.

Important Note on Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery windows are estimates only. They may be affected by:

  • Order volume during peak periods or new releases
  • Public holidays and weekends
  • Courier delays, weather, or road conditions
  • Supplier or stock delays for new arrivals
  • Incomplete or incorrect address information

4. Order Processing

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed (or the cash-on-delivery order is verified), our team prepares it for shipment. Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days, though processing may take longer during high-demand periods or new product launches.

You will receive an order confirmation by email when your order is placed, and a follow-up update when your order is dispatched.

5. Shipping Fees and Payment Methods

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and the chosen courier service. The total amount, including shipping, is shown before you confirm your order.

Available payment methods at checkout include Visa, Mastercard and cash on delivery, subject to which methods are active for your order and area.

Cash on Delivery (COD): If you choose COD, please have the exact order amount ready when the courier arrives. Couriers may not be able to provide change for large amounts.

6. Pre-Order Shipping

Pre-order items reserve stock for an upcoming release. They ship only after stock has been received from our supplier and processed by our team.

Release dates are estimates. Suppliers and distributors may change release timing, and Poke Spot will share updates when material changes happen.

Pre-order stock may be subject to allocation. If a supplier reduces or cancels an allocation, we may partially fulfill, delay, or cancel affected orders and issue an appropriate refund. We will contact you with the next steps if your pre-order is affected.

7. Mixed Orders (In-Stock + Pre-Order)

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the default behavior is to ship the entire order together once all items are ready, including the pre-order item.

If split shipping is offered for your order, this option will be shown at checkout, along with any additional shipping cost. Otherwise, please consider placing in-stock and pre-order items as separate orders if you need the in-stock items sooner.

8. Delivery Address and Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details, including:

  • Recipient name and contact phone number
  • Full street address, building, floor, and apartment number
  • Governorate, city, and any landmarks that help the courier find you

Please review your shipping details before confirming your order. Failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect information, an unreachable phone number, or repeated unavailability may result in:

  • Delays in receiving your order
  • Extra delivery charges if a re-shipment is required
  • Order cancellation or return-to-sender if the courier cannot complete delivery

9. Order Tracking and Updates

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification by email or SMS where supported. Tracking information may be provided depending on the courier used for your shipment.

If you have not received an update within the expected window, please contact us using the details in Section 13 with your order number, and we will check the status with our courier partner.

10. Delays and Service Disruptions

Poke Spot will notify customers when a shipment is materially delayed or affected by stock, allocation, or courier issues. We will share the next expected step and any options available, such as waiting for the next batch, switching to an alternative item, or canceling for a refund where applicable.

Delays caused by events outside our reasonable control — including weather, public holidays, courier strikes, customs procedures, or supplier disruptions — may extend delivery beyond the original estimate.

11. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or contains the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible — ideally within 48 hours of delivery — with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the outer packaging, the item, and the shipping label
  • A short description of the issue

Our team will review the case and follow up with the next steps. Please do not return any item before we confirm the process. Resolution may include replacement, exchange, or refund according to our Return and Exchange Policy and applicable law.

For shipments that appear lost in transit, we will work with our courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue.

12. Receiving Your Order

We recommend inspecting your package at the time of delivery, especially for fragile or sealed collector items. If something looks wrong with the outer packaging, note it with the courier where possible and take photos before opening the box.

Please be aware that minor shelf wear, small dents, manufacturer wrapping variance, or standard retail transit wear on outer packaging do not automatically qualify as defects unless the product page specifically promises collector-grade box condition.
