Orders & Shipping
We ship across Egypt, subject to courier coverage, payment confirmation, stock availability, and the accuracy of the delivery address you provide. If your area is outside our courier partners’ coverage, we’ll reach out before processing the order.
For Cairo and Giza, eligible in-stock orders may arrive the same day or the next day. For other governorates, delivery times vary by destination and courier schedule. The latest available estimate for your area will be shown at checkout.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a notification by email or SMS where supported. Tracking information may also be provided depending on the courier handling your shipment. If you haven’t received an update within the expected window, contact our support team with your order number and we’ll check the status for you.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and cash on delivery subject to which methods are active for your order and
area. All available options are shown at checkout.
Yes, please have the exact order amount ready when the courier arrives. Couriers may not be able to provide change for large amounts.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as quickly as possible and we’ll do our best to update or cancel it. Once an order has been dispatched, the standard rules in our Return & Exchange Policy apply.
Pre-Orders
A pre-order reserves a product that’s expected to arrive in the future. Release dates shown on product pages are supplier estimates and can change. Pre-order items ship only after stock has been received from our supplier and processed by our team.
By default, mixed orders ship together once all items are ready, including the pre-order item. If split shipping is offered for your order, this option will be shown at checkout, along with any additional cost. If you need your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing them as a separate order from your pre-orders.
Pre-order items ship after theproduct is released and our allocation is delivered. We aim to dispatch pre-orders as quickly as possible after stock is received. If a release date moves materially, we’ll share an update with affected customers.
Pre-order stock depends on supplier allocations, which can change. If the allocated quantity is reduced or canceled, we may partially fulfill, delay, or cancel affected orders, and issue an appropriate refund. We’ll always contact you with the next steps if your pre-order is affected.
Returns & Exchanges
Yes, within the conditions of our Return & Exchange Policy. The item must be unopened, in original saleable condition, complete with all included accessories, gifts, inserts, and original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.
If the item is defective, damaged, or wrong, Poke Spot covers reasonable return shipping costs once the issue is verified. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping unless our support team agrees otherwise.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible after the returned item has been received and inspected. Visa and Mastercard refunds typically appear within 14 business days, depending on your bank. Fawry refunds follow the provider’s standard timelines. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds may be issued through bank transfer, store credit, or another method agreed at the time of approval.
Yes, subject to availability of the replacement item. If the requested replacement isn’t available, our team may offer an alternative item of equivalent value, store credit, or a refund to the original payment method.
Products & Authenticity
Yes. We source our products through trusted supply channels and we never search, weigh, reseal, or tamper with sealed Pokémon TCG products. When something is described as sealed, it’s sealed.
Yes. Some items are sold as random or blind assortments — for example, products listed as “one random piece” from a series. Once opened, random or mystery items are generally not returnable except in cases of verified defect.
